Celebrate an unforgettable baby shower on our houseboat in Berlin! With its charming ambiance and idyllic location on the water, our houseboat offers the perfect setting for a unique and heartfelt celebration. Our dedicated team supports you in planning and executing your baby shower, while our spacious indoor and outdoor areas provide ample room for games, activities, and well wishes.
Film / Photo Location
The boat has already been booked for various photo shoots. Among others, InStyle magazine shot a beautiful photo series with the well-known actor Daniel Brühl on our boat. The new location offers versatile possibilities for home stories, fashion shoots, business shoots, as well as film and television productions. The ceiling height is 2.20 m, the boat is fully glazed, and offers extensive possibilities for lighting design. On the 70 sqm main terrace, breathtaking images can be captured depending on the weather.
Business Offsites
Both our terrace and the spacious living area offer space for at least 10 people to work comfortably and hold workshops. The boat also has a high-speed internet connection with an industrial router. The connection speed allows at least 5 people to participate in video calls simultaneously without compromising quality. Our catering team led by our restaurant manager Nicola Centrone takes care of your culinary well-being. On request, fine-dining chef Thomas Gotthardt — with stations in upscale Berlin hospitality and a restaurant selected by the MICHELIN Guide — curates a multi-course menu on board.
CHRISTMAS PARTIES
Experience a magical Christmas party on our exclusive houseboat in Berlin! The Lakeside Loft provides the perfect, atmospheric setting for your corporate or private end-of-year celebration. Enjoy our classic Christmas buffet and festive drink selection in a unique, cozy atmosphere for up to 25 people. The boat is subtly decorated for the holidays, fully heated, and radiates winter charm. Weather permitting, we round off your event with a winter cruise across Lake Tegel – an unforgettable highlight for your team!

The Lakeside Loft is the premium location for a bachelor party in Berlin that doesn't look like a pub crawl with costumes and a tray-around-the-neck, but like a day the groom will actually want to remember.
