Thomas Gotthardt brings experience from upscale hospitality, the Berlin gastronomy scene and premium event formats. As a chef working within the Adlon Holding circle, he was responsible — among other places — for the southern-French inspired cuisine at Berlin's le petit Felix; the restaurant was selected by the MICHELIN Guide. For The Lakeside Loft he develops, on request, a multi-course menu individually tailored to occasion, guests and season. The multi-course menu starts at €250 per person (net, plus 19% VAT).
